The Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department at the University of Wasit organized a workshop on the assessment criteria for newly appointed personnel files. The workshop, presented by Mr. Zafar Raad Taher, aimed to clarify the performance evaluation mechanisms for new teaching and staff members, organizing evaluation files, and documenting priorities. Participants included members of the Quality Assurance Department, its branches in colleges, as well as a group of newly appointed professors and staff members.
